We don’t sell your information for money. When our advertising tools (like the Meta pixel) are active, some browser and event data is used by Google or Meta to measure ads — which California and other state laws may call “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising.” Use the control below to opt out for this browser, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
What this control does
It stops the optional advertising cookies, pixels, and ad-measurement tools on this browser, and tells our server not to send Meta Conversions API events when your opt-out or Global Privacy Control signal is present. We act on browser opt-outs right away here, and no later than 15 business days generally.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t stop what you intentionally send us — your quiz answers, email, or messages — which we still use to build your shortlist, reply to you, and run the site, as described in our Privacy Policy. It also doesn’t stop our service providers (hosting, database, email) from doing their operational work.

To access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, limit sensitive information, or opt out beyond this browser, email hello@secondsummerabroad.com. An authorized agent can act for you with your written permission, and if we deny a request you can appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject.
